Problems with logging in

Don’t you have login credentials (yet)?

Get in contact with the we-care administrator of your organization. Usually this is someone from the P&O/HRM department. They can create an account for you.

Have you forgotten your login credentials and you have a valid email address registered?

Click here when you have forgotten your password. A link for resetting your password will be sent to the provided email address.

Have you forgotten your login credentials and have you not yet registered an email address?

If you have forgotten your username or password and have not yet registered an email address, you can contact the we-care administrator in your organization. This is often someone from P&O/ HRM department.

Are you logging in with username super and have you forgotten your login credentials?

Contact another we-care administrator in your organization. All colleagues with a we-care administrator account can look up your username and reset your password.
